We want you to be completely satisfied with your Elarne purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unopened and unused items for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
Please note that due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles of olive oil unless the product is defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at contact@elarne.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@elarne.com.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
